(1) 
A person commits the crime of failing to register as a sex offender when the person is required to register under this chapter and fails to register, verify his or her address, or provide any information or notice as required by this chapter.
(2) 
Failure to register is a Class E offense. A person who is excluded from the Tulalip Indian Reservation and fails to register commits a Class F offense.

(1) 
A person commits the crime of providing false or misleading information when a person subject to registration under this chapter willfully provides false or misleading information in the registration required.
(2) 
The crime of providing false or misleading information is a Class E offense.

(1) 
Each violation of a provision of this chapter by any sex offender the Tulalip Tribes does not have criminal jurisdiction over may be considered a civil violation subject to enforcement by any means not prohibited by Federal law, including, but not limited to, the issuance of a fine of $5,000, forfeitures, or civil contempt.
(2) 
Persons failing to register as required under this chapter may be excluded from the exterior boundaries of the Reservation under the provisions outlined in Chapter 2.40 TTC.

(1) 
A person commits the crime of harboring if they do any of the following:
(a) 
Knowingly harbor or knowingly attempt to harbor, or knowingly assist another person in harboring or attempting to harbor, a sex offender who is in violation of this chapter;
(b) 
Knowingly assist a sex offender in eluding a law enforcement agency that is seeking to find the sex offender to question the sex offender about, or to arrest the sex offender for, noncompliance with the requirements of this chapter; or
(c) 
Provide information to law enforcement agency regarding a sex offender which the person knows to be false.
(2) 
Harboring is a Class E offense.

(1) 
A person is guilty of misuse of registration information if they do any of the following:
(a) 
Willfully falsify public record information relating to a sex offender, including information displayed by law enforcement agencies on websites;
(b) 
Sell or exchange sex offender information for profit, or with the purpose of harassing, threatening, or intimidating a registered sex offender; or
(c) 
Provide or use sex offender information to commit or aid in the commission of a crime.
(2) 
Misuse of registration information is a Class D offense.
(3) 
The punishment imposed pursuant to this crime shall be in addition to any punishment provided by law for any crime committed by, with, or through the use, assistance, or aid of the misuse of registration information.
