Jurisdiction of co-parenting proceedings extends as set forth in TTC § 2.10.010. Such jurisdiction will include co-parenting proceedings involving an Indian child who resides or is domiciled on the Tulalip Reservation, any child who is a member of, or eligible for membership in, the Tulalip Tribes, regardless of the child’s residence or domicile, or any child whose parent is an enrolled member of the Tulalip Tribes. The Court has exclusive continuing jurisdiction over any co-parenting proceeding for which it has issued a judgment.
