In order to provide for the safe and orderly use of fireworks and the protection of life and property within the Tulalip Indian Reservation, and in other areas served by businesses offering fireworks for sale, and in order to regulate the sale of fireworks for the welfare of all members of the Tulalip Tribes, the Board of Directors of the Tulalip Tribes hereby enacts the following amended Fireworks Code.

The provisions of this code shall be administered and enforced by the Tax and Licensing Division of the Tulalip Tribes, or by such other persons designated by the Tulalip Tribes’ Board of Directors.

To the extent consistent with its authorities hereunder, the Tax and Licensing Division may promulgate regulations necessary or appropriate for the efficient administration and enforcement of this code.
