It is the intent of the Tulalip Tribes to incorporate in this code those safety requirements established by the Federal Product Safety Commission. Article V of this chapter shall be interpreted as intending to conform with any amendments or changes in the regulations of the Federal Product Safety Commission governing the safety of fireworks devices, effective upon issuance of such Federal regulations, unless the Board of Directors by resolution or ordinance directs otherwise.
