Difficult development land shall not be subdivided unless the subdivider, within 90 calendar days following the original submission, or longer time as agreed by the subdivider, provides acceptable plans for overcoming any harmful features. Reasonable conditions may be applied to PUD approval to minimize harmful environmental conditions pertinent to the property. Protective improvements shall be constructed prior to final plat approval.
