Following the preapplication conference, as set forth in CCC § 18.30.280, PUD applications shall be processed in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Urban Subdivision Ordinance, CCC § 18.32.390 through § 18.32.710, except as may otherwise be provided herein.

The fees and charges for processing a PUD shall be as from time-to-time established by the Board.

It is a civil infraction for any person to violate this chapter or assist in the violation of this chapter. Violations are subject to the provisions of Chapter 2.06 CCC. Any violation is a public nuisance. Each day a violation exists is a separate violation. Payment of any penalty imposed for a violation does not relieve a person from the duty to comply with this chapter.

If any section, subsection, or other portion of this chapter is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such section, subsection, or portion thereof shall be deemed a separate provision of this chapter and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
