The board of county commissioners will hold the following regular meetings, except when the meeting falls on a state holiday:
A.
A meeting will be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month; the second Monday of the month will start at 5:30 p.m. and the fourth Monday of the month will start at 10:00 a.m. In December, meetings will instead be held on the first Monday at 5:30 p.m. and the second Monday at 10:00 a.m. All meetings will take place in the commissioners’ chambers in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
B.
A meeting will be held on Mondays at 9:00 a.m., except for the fourth and the fifth Monday of the month, in the Port Blakely conference room in the administration building in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
C.
A meeting will be held on Mondays at 2:00 p.m., except for the fifth Monday of the month, in the Port Blakely conference room in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
D.
A meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. every Wednesday of the month and an additional meeting at 2:00 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month in the Port Blakely conference room in the administration building in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
E.
A schedule of meetings for the coming year will be prepared by commissioners’ staff in December.
F.
Any scheduled meeting of the county commissioners may be canceled with twenty-four hours’ notice of cancellation.
