The office of the Kitsap County prosecuting attorney may recover an administrative fee to cover the costs associated with the referral of misdemeanor and/or gross misdemeanor offenders charged in Kitsap County district court to a diversion program. The fee shall be $100.00 per cause number, and said fees are in addition to any restitution or costs imposed by a third-party administrator.
