It is unlawful for any person to conduct or aid in the conducting of any of the below-named businesses without first securing a license from the town clerk, signed by the clerk and the mayor of the town of Twisp, and paying license fees as follows:
(1)
Roller skating rinks: $10.00 per year;
(2)
Bowling alleys: $10.00 per year;
(3)
Traveling shows: $5.00 per day.
The licenses required by this chapter are separate from and in addition to the business license issued under Chapter 5.25 TMC, which may also be required when applicable.
