It shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, to drive or operate a motor vehicle behind or following any fire truck, or trucks, or other fire fighting apparatus of the town of Twisp, Washington, nearer than a distance of 100 feet, while said truck, or trucks, or other fire fighting apparatus, is engaged in answering a fire alarm or fighting a fire within the corporate limits of said town; and it further shall be unlawful to park, locate, or leave a motor vehicle, or other conveyance, within a distance of 100 feet from any said fire truck, or trucks, or other fire fighting equipment, while the same shall be engaged in fighting a fire, or to park, locate, or leave any motor vehicle, or other conveyance, in a location which will interfere with, hinder, or delay access to any fire hydrant, or hydrants, or other source of water, while said fire truck, or trucks, or other fire fighting apparatus is engaged in the fighting of a fire within the corporate limits of said town.
