Automobile and other automotive vehicle speed limits on that portion of state of Washington Primary State Highway No. 16, lying within the corporate limits of the town of Twisp, Washington, a portion of which said highway is also known as Division Street, are hereby established and fixed as follows:
(1)
From the east corporate limit boundary to the eastern end of the bridge crossing the Methow River: 35 miles per hour;
(2)
From the eastern end of the bridge crossing the Methow River to the northern end of the bridge crossing the Twisp River: 25 miles per hour;
(3)
From the northern end of the bridge crossing the Twisp River to the north corporate limit boundary: 35 miles per hour.
