It shall be unlawful to break, damage, destroy, deface, alter or tamper with any structure, appurtenances or equipment which is part of the sewer system of the town of Twisp, or without authority from the superintendent, to break, damage, destroy, or deface any public walk, curb, or pavement, or to make openings or excavations in a public area for the purpose of connection to any public sewer.
