§ 18.01.010 Adopted.

The document titled "Comprehensive Plan, Town of Twisp, Washington" dated October 11, 2011, is hereby adopted by the town council of the town of Twisp, Washington, as the comprehensive plan of said town, in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, Chapter 35.63 RCW, and amendments thereto.

§ 18.01.020 Authority to give effect.

The town clerk and attorney are hereby authorized and directed to carry out all legal acts necessary and required to give effect to this chapter as required by said laws of the state of Washington.
