It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to pasture any horse or horses, cattle, sheep or any other animal or animals on any street or alley within the corporate limits of the city of Clarkston, whether or not the horse or horses, cattle, sheep or other animal or animals be tethered or otherwise restrained of liberty.

The term "street" in this chapter shall mean the entire space between the lot lines on each side thereof, that is to say for the full width thereof as shown by the recorded plat.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $50.00.
