There is created a Department of Public Works and Facilities for the City of Winslow.

There shall be a Director of the Department of Public Works and Facilities who shall be appointed by the City Manager. The Director shall report to the City Manager.

The Director of the Department of Public Works and Facilities shall oversee and direct all activities of the Department of Public Works and Facilities, including street construction and maintenance, facilities construction and maintenance, parks and cemetery construction and maintenance and other duties as assigned by the City Manager.
