The City Council shall by resolution establish designated paths within the City for pedestrian and/or bicycle use only.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized vehicle upon any designated pedestrian and/or bicycle path within the City.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to those penalties provided in Chapter 1.04 of this code.
