There is hereby established a Division of Cultural Affairs in the Department of Community Services, which shall develop, operate, promote and encourage cultural arts programs for the children and adults in the City of Hoboken, and services and activities for senior citizens in the community.
The personnel staff in the Division of Cultural Affairs may include clerical, operational, supervisory and managerial positions as deemed necessary within the budgetary limits established by the Council.
