§ 59A-58 Established; functions, powers and duties.

There is hereby established in the Department of Public Safety a Division of Building Security, which shall be responsible for securing the City's public buildings (facilities) and grounds, with the exception of the Free Public Library.

§ 59A-59 Staff.

The personnel staff in the Division of Public Safety may include clerical, operational, supervisory and managerial positions as deemed necessary within the budgetary limits established by the Council.
