The burning or dumping of waste oil, gasoline or other petroleum product is prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or dispose of, or to cause or allow to be discharged or disposed of, any oil, gasoline, or other petroleum product, in such manner that any or such products do or may enter either the sanitary or the storm sewers of the city.

Violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
