There shall be a common seal for the city and the city clerk shall be the keeper thereof.

The seal of the city shall be circular in form of ordinary size and shall represent by its impression the words “Corporate Seal” surrounded by scroll work. On the outside of which and between such scroll work and the outer edge of the seal which shall be milled shall be the words “City of Ilwaco, Pacific County, Washington.”
