Two (2) cash change funds in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) each are hereby established within the general fund of the city of Ilwaco. The city clerk shall be the custodian of the funds, which will be used by bonded employees on a daily basis with the intention that only one (1) individual would be working with a cash drawer at a time and cash drawers will be checked in and out with the city clerk.
