Residential backflow prevention device.
(1)
Residential customers inside the city limits - first inspection rate is the actual rate of the contract with the inspection company.
(2)
Residential customers inside the city limits - first non-compliant notice is an additional $10. Each subsequent non-compliant notice shall increase by $10 each.
(3)
Residential customers outside the city limits - first inspection rate is the actual rate of the contract with the inspection company plus $5.
(4)
Residential customers outside the city limits - first non-compliant notice is an additional $10. Each subsequent non-compliant notice shall increase by $10 each.
(b)
Commercial backflow prevention device.
(1)
Commercial customers inside city limits - first inspection rate is the actual rate of the contract with the inspection company.
(2)
Commercial customers inside city limits - first non-compliant notice is an additional $10. Each subsequent non-compliant notice shall increase by $10 each.
(3)
Commercial customers outside the city limits - first inspection rate is the actual rate of the contract with the inspection company plus $10.
(4)
Commercial customers outside the city limits - first non-compliant notice is an additional $20. Each subsequent non-compliant notice shall increase by $20 each.

Fats, oils, grease.
(1)
Commercial customers inside city limits - first inspection rate is the actual rate of the contract with the inspection company.
(2)
Commercial customers inside city limits - first non-compliant notice is an additional $10. Each subsequent non-compliant notice shall increase by $10 each.
(3)
Commercial customers outside the city limits - first inspection rate is the actual rate of the contract with the inspection company plus $10.
(4)
Commercial customers outside the city limits - first non-compliant notice is an additional $20. Each subsequent non-compliant notice shall increase by $20 each.
