The position of municipal court administrator is created and established. The position of municipal court administrator shall be appointed by the municipal judge subject to confirmation by the city manager. The municipal court administrator shall be an at-will employee, to serve at the pleasure of the municipal judge.

The municipal court administrator shall receive as compensation for his/her services the amount established by the city council in the annual budget.
