Tacoma Fire Station No. 12 is hereby designated as the hazardous materials incident command agency to operate within the boundaries of the city.

The chief of Tacoma Fire Station No. 12, or, in the absence of the chief, the officer in charge of the responding personnel and equipment that responds to a hazardous materials incident, is hereby designated as the representative of the city as that term is defined in RCW 70.136.020(8).
