Chapter 18.170 RCW, and all amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein; provided, the provisions set forth below shall, in addition to Chapter 18.170 RCW, be applicable.

Any business requiring licensing under Chapter 18.170 RCW shall be required to submit proof of such license to the license officer by providing a copy of the state license.

In addition to the foregoing provisions of this chapter and Chapter 18.170 RCW, the applicant and/or the licensee shall be subject to the requirements and fees set forth in Chapter 5.01 FMC.
