Chapter 46.80 RCW, and all amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein; provided, the provisions set forth below shall, in addition to Chapter 46.80 RCW, be applicable.

Any individual requiring licensing under Chapter 46.80 RCW shall be required to submit proof of such license to the license officer by providing a copy thereof.

In addition to the foregoing provisions of this chapter and Chapter 46.80 RCW, the applicant and/or the licensee shall be subject to the requirements and fees set forth in Chapter 5.01 FMC.
