§ 3.55.010 Establishment of deadline for initiation of foreclosure proceedings for ULID delinquencies. The March 1st deadline for the initiation of foreclosure proceedings identified in RCW 35.50.030 shall be November 1st of each calendar year upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.(Ord. 372 § 1, 1994)
