(1) 
Commencing on the twenty-second day of January, 1973, the alley east of and parallel to Forks Avenue between B Street Southeast and Calawah Way shall be closed to traffic moving in a southerly direction and only traffic moving in a northerly direction shall hereafter be permitted thereon.
(2) 
The city marshal is hereby directed to designate with appropriated signs one-way traffic on the described portion of this alley in accordance with this section.

First Avenue of the city of Forks, between the intersection of First Avenue Northeast and Cala-way Way and the intersection of First Avenue Southeast and E Street Southeast is by this section classified and designated as a major arterial street.
