It shall be a crime for any individual to congregate, loiter or be on the grounds associated with the Calawah River boat ramp during the period starting an hour after dusk and ending an hour before dawn.

The following fines shall be imposed by the court upon any individuals found to have violated FMC § 11.05.010:
First offense in a given year | $50.00 | |
Second offense in a given year | $75.00 | |
Third offense in a given year | $150.00 |
