A certain document entitled “City of Kelso Corporate Limits” being 17 pages in length and marked as Exhibit A and attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter on file in the office of the city clerk-treasurer and incorporated in this chapter as if fully set forth is established as the corporate limits of the city upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.

The adoption of such corporate limits as described in Section 1.28.010 of this chapter is not intended to repeal by implication any property that may have been included within the corporate limits of the city either by annexation or other method which has not been specifically disincorporated by the city council pursuant to state law.
