Any violation of the provisions of this chapter, unless defined otherwise, shall constitute a Class I civil infraction pursuant to Chapter 7.80 RCW, punishable by up to two hundred fifty dollars. Each day of a violation shall constitute a separate and distinct infraction. Payment of any penalty imposed for a violation does not relieve a person from a duty to comply with this chapter.

In addition to penalties under Section 13.12.780, any person violating this chapter may be ejected from the airport and may be deprived of the privilege to use the airport and its facilities.

City of Kelso police officers are hereby designated as the enforcement officers and are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to issue infractions.
