All meetings of the Board shall be held at the office of the District, unless they shall adjourn to or fix another place of meeting in a notice to be given thereof, or unless prevented by flood, fire or other disaster. Said office is hereby fixed and established at Number 21195 Center Street, in said District.

Subject to the provisions and limitations of this Article, Directors shall receive compensation for each day’s attendance at meetings of the Board or for each day’s service rendered as a Director by request and approval of the Board, at a rate periodically established by ordinance of the Board in accordance with Cal. Health & Safety Code Section § 6489.
The current compensation rate, effective October 7, 2025, for each day’s attendance at meetings of the Board or for each day’s service rendered is $265.00.
