The Locust Grove Cemetery is an historic cemetery that shall be open to the public in the same manner, and subject to the same restrictions, as the Borough's parks and playgrounds. Thus, the cemetery shall be open each day during the period from dawn until dusk. No person shall enter into or remain in the Locust Grove Cemetery except during the hours that it is open to the general public.

Parking is prohibited on the East side of South Street adjacent to Locust Grove Cemetery. The Borough shall install and maintain appropriate signage regarding this prohibition on parking.
There shall be no dumping of any garbage, refuse, debris or other material in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,250, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days or any combination thereof.
