The following words and phrases when used in this title shall for the purpose of this title have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this chapter, unless where used the context thereof clearly indicates to the contrary.

Whenever certain hours are named in this title, they shall mean standard time or daylight saving time as may be in current use in this city.

"Recreational vehicle"
means a vehicular-type unit primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or travel use which either has its own motor power or is mounted on or drawn by another vehicle. The basic entities of recreational vehicles are travel trailer, camping trailer, truck camper and motor home.
