It is unlawful for any person to smoke, or for the owner or manager of any moving picture theater to permit or allow smoking in any moving picture theater in the city.

It is unlawful for any person in any operating or projection room or place where celluloid or other flammable films are projected, screened, kept, handled, or stored in any moving picture theater building or other place of exhibition to smoke, or for the owner or manager thereof to permit the same.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars, or imprisoned in the County Jail not more than fifty days, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
