A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to build, erect, construct, alter, rebuild, renovate, enlarge or expand any building, structure or use within the town of Yarrow Point in violation of the provisions of this title. Any person so violating this title shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation is continued shall be considered a separate offense.
B. 
In addition, any violation of the provisions of this title constitutes a code violation under Chapter 1.08 YPMC and is subject to enforcement action, corrective action, fines and penalties described therein.

In the event the provisions of this title shall conflict with any provisions of the town building code, the terms hereof shall govern.
