Altoona City Council finds that the most efficient method of administering and enforcing on-street parking regulations is with authorizing the Altoona Parking Authority's ability to administer and enforce on-street parking regulations within the boundaries of the City of Altoona.

Altoona City Council finds that the most efficient method of administering and enforcing parking regulations on off-street lots owned by the City of Altoona is with authorizing the Altoona Parking Authority's ability to administer and enforce off-street parking regulations for surface lots owned by the City of Altoona.
Any law enforcement officer of the City of Altoona shall assist the Altoona Parking Authority with the enforcement of this article.
