§ 412-36 Requirement for Medical Registration Card prior to distribution. In order to purchase or otherwise obtain cannabis from a Cannabis Business licensed to distribute cannabis under this chapter, a person must obtain a Medical Registration Card pursuant to Chapter 306 of the Menominee Tribal Code.
