The Department, Regulatory Authority, and Member Services Department shall have all the necessary power and the duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to the power to adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter, to impose and collect fees authorized by this chapter, and to have access to inspect, examine, photocopy, and audit all papers, books, and records of a Cannabis Business.
The Department, Regulatory Authority, and License and Permits Department shall provide a quarterly report to the Tribal Legislature summarizing their official actions, activities, in a manner and form directed by the Tribal Legislature.
