It shall be unlawful for any person to cancel or solicit the cancellation of any traffic citation in any manner except where approved by the municipal judge.

For the violation of any provisions of this title, the police department may issue a citation which shall be in the form required by law.

If any person fails to comply with the terms of a traffic citation, the city recorder shall secure and have served a warrant for the arrest of such person.
