The city of Omak assumes responsibility for enforcing the installation standards for factory-assembled structures as set forth in Chapter 296-150B WAC.

Fees for inspections of factory-assembled structures as provided in Chapter 296-150C WAC, adopted in this chapter by reference, shall be set by resolution of the Omak city council.

All permits issued by the city shall be forwarded to the Department of Labor and Industries as provided in WAC 296-150B-220(4).

Two certified copies of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be mailed to the Department of Labor and Industries as provided in WAC 296-150B220(l)(b).

The building inspector for the city of Omak shall be the individual responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
