No person, persons, firm or corporation shall run any vehicles or drive any animal or go upon the Omak Municipal Airport unless they go thereon for the purpose of using the airport or for the purpose of caring for planes thereon or for the purpose of serving and caring for the airport or for some purpose related to the operation of the airport; provided, however, that spectators may go upon the airport as long as they confine their vehicles to the areas designated for parking of cars.

Any person, persons, organization or corporation, upon conviction of violation of any provisions of this chapter, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a maximum term fixed by the court of not more than ninety days, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of not more than one thousand dollars, or by both such imprisonment and fine. Each and every time that any person, persons, firm or corporation goes upon the airport in contravention of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense and subject to the penalties hereunder.

The proper authorities of the city of Omak shall post at conspicuous places on the airport signs with the following printed thereon:
Any person crossing or going onto the Airport Runway or Taxiway, except as authorized by Ordinance, shall be guilty of Criminal Trespass, RCW 9A.52.080.
Even though signs may not be put or maintained near the airport, such shall not in any manner relieve any person, persons, firm or corporation from the responsibility of abiding by this chapter.
