Each member of the town council of the town of Concrete shall receive the sum of $100.00 for each regular and each separate special meeting the town council of the town of Concrete holds of which they attend any part thereof until such time a salary commission is created. Upon creation of a salary commission each member of the town council of the town of Concrete shall receive a sum determined by the salary commission for each regular and each separate special meeting the town council of the town of Concrete holds of which they attend any part thereof beginning after the formation of such commission.
Workshops and special meetings held immediately prior to regular scheduled council meetings shall count as separate meetings.
