(1)
Vehicles may not be driven on manicured lawns. In this case, aircraft are not to be considered vehicles. Load and unload is the exception (to the adjacent hangars).
(2)
The space between the southernmost row of hangars and the grass runway is designated as a vehicle passageway east/west from the ramp to the eastern boundary of the Concrete Airport. This strip of land is about 150 feet wide and as long as you don't travel on the grass runway there is no problem. The grass runway is the strip of land adjacent to the runway pavement to the north. It is 50 feet wide and extends from the eastern run-up area to the ramp at midfield.
(3)
The improvements made by individuals to enhance the Concrete Airports' appearance are the property of the town of Concrete and will be respected and not damaged in any way. The town of Concrete will enforce its malicious mischief ordinance.
(4)
All taxiways and fire lanes shall be kept free of obstruction, including trees and fences.
(5)
These rules are enforceable by town of Concrete officials. Violators may be subject to fines and/or arrest.
