A.
Purchase of the Lacey Township Code. The Lacey Township Code shall be made available for purchase for a fee formulated in accordance with § 277-2A(14), to be provided by the purchaser.

Supplement subscription. Yearly supplements of the Township Code (from January 1 of a given year to December 31 of that year) may be purchased upon the deposit of $100 with the Municipal Clerk. This time period refers to dates during which the supplements are published and provided subsequent to the passage of ordinances and shall not be based on the dates on which the ordinances themselves are passed. The subscriber shall automatically receive any such supplements as they are provided by the publisher of the Lacey Township Code. The actual fee for the yearly subscription shall be calculated at the end of each calendar year based upon the fee schedule provided in § 277-2A(14) and the amount left over from the initial $100 deposit shall be returned to the depositor or a bill for the remainder shall be sent to said individual.

Return of Code and supplements. Upon expiration or termination of the term of office of any of the individuals referenced in Subsection C, the copy of the Lacey Township Code and all supplements received pursuant to the same shall be returned to the Township of Lacey or may be purchased by the individual for the full purchasing fee, at the individual's option. If the Code and/or supplements are not in satisfactory condition, the Municipal Clerk shall retain the right to refuse to accept the Code and supplements, and payment shall be rendered for the same at that time.
