This chapter shall hereafter be cited or referred
to, for purposes of amendment or otherwise, as the "Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Lacey."

The purpose of this chapter shall be to regulate
zoning in the Township of Lacey pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.
40:55D-1 et seq., and the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan.
