GENERAL REFERENCES

A. 
No person shall engage in the practice of plumbing or represent that he engages in the practice in plumbing unless said person holds a valid state master plumbing license, or valid municipal plumbing license, previously issued by the Board of Health of the Township of Lacey.
B. 
No new municipal plumbing licenses shall hereafter be granted or issued.
A. 
All municipal plumbers licenses heretofore issued and outstanding must be renewed no later than January 31, 1985, to be valid. Any previously issued municipal license not so renewed by January 31, 1985, shall be null and void.
B. 
Previously issued municipal plumbers' licenses shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of renewal.
C. 
Previously issued municipal plumbers' licenses must be annually renewed within thirty (30) days of such expiration date. Any license not so renewed, shall be null and void and of no force and effect.
D. 
The license of a plumber heretofore issued by the Board of Health or hereafter renewed may be suspended or revoked by the Board of Health should the holder of such license be shown to be incompetent as a plumber or should it be established he engages in fraudulent, unconscionable or deceptive business practice, or should it be shown that such license was obtained through fraud or misrepresentation or should the holder of such license who has secured plumbing permits allow plumbing to be performed by persons other than the holder of the license or his employees.
A. 
The annual fee for the renewal of a previously issued municipal plumber's license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.).
B. 
Such fees collected shall be paid to the Chief Financial Officer of the Township of Lacey.
A. 
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or code adopted hereunder shall pay a penalty of not less than fifty dollars ($50.) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.) for each offense.
B. 
All fees, penalties or fines collected hereunder shall be paid to the Chief Financial Officer of the Township of Lacey.
