No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in § 217-46 of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in § 217-47 of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in § 217-48 of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in § 217-49 of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said § 217-49 of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in § 217-50 of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said § 217-50 of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in § 217-51 of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said § 217-51 of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in § 217-52 at any time between the hours listed in said § 217-52 of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said § 217-52 of this chapter.

The locations designated in § 217-53 of this chapter are hereby designated as loading zones and/or fire zones. No person shall park a vehicle at any time at a designated loading zone or fire zone.
The Village Board, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 210, Taxicabs, of the Code of the Village of Ellenville, shall have the authority to designate hack stands for each taxicab owned by taxi permit holders. Except as provided in said Chapter 210, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours designated in said Chapter 210 at a location designated as a taxi stand.
A. 
Any person wishing to operate a bus in the Village of Ellenville or any person wishing to construct any bus terminal or bus station or designate any pickup zone within the village shall submit such request, together with a plan of operation (including the proposed route of travel) of such bus service or of the terminal or station or pickup zone showing the method of ingress and egress from the public street to the bus stops, terminals, stations or pickup zone to the Village Board. Such terminal or station or pickup zone may only be constructed or designated after the express approval of the Village Board is obtained. No person shall operate a bus within the Village of Ellenville in violation of the foregoing provisions.
B. 
No person shall cause or permit any vehicles commonly known as an "omnibus" or "bus," excepting a vehicle or bus actually being used as a school bus to load passengers, freight or any type of material or equipment, to be parked in any place in the village, except at an off-street terminal or station or pickup zone, without first obtaining permission to do so from the Village Board.
