[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great

This chapter shall be applicable to any application for a permit or
approval from any board or official of the Village of Great Neck Estates,
including any application for a building or alteration permit, subdivision
or site plan approval or waiver of the same or variance from any applicable
law, ordinance or regulation of the Village pertaining to real property in
the Village or activities to be conducted thereon.
No application to which this chapter is applicable shall be accepted,
processed or acted upon by any official or Board of the Village of Great Neck
Estates unless all property taxes and other assessments, liens or charges
previously levied by the Village of Great Neck Estates upon the property which
is affected by or the subject of the said application, together with any interest
and penalties thereon, have been paid to the Treasurer of the Village of Great
Neck Estates.
