A. 
Commencing with the 2019 general Village election, elections shall be held for the offices of Mayor, Trustees and Village Justices for terms of four years each, and elections for such offices thereafter shall be held biennially in odd-numbered years.
B. 
Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection A of this section and pursuant to the provisions of Village Law § 3-302(7)(a) and (c), the terms of office for the Mayor, Trustees and Village Justice to be elected at the 2019 general Village election shall be four years each, and the terms of office of the Mayor and Trustees to be elected at the 2020 general Village election shall be five years each. The term of office of the Village Justice to be elected at the 2021 general Village election shall continue to be four years. Thereafter, the successors to each such office shall be elected for terms of four years each.
